Delhi court grants bail to nine IYC workers in AI Summit protest case

ED seizes Rs 37-crore assets in 1xBet illegal betting platform case

The Enforcement Directorate provisionally attached Rs 18.10 crore in movable and immovable assets linked to illegal online betting platform 1xBet, bringing total seizures in the case to Rs 37.23 crore. The investigation revealed 1xBet operated unauthorized mirror websites, collected funds via mule accounts, and used cricket platforms CREX and OneCricket for targeted advertising. Celebrity endorsers including cricketers Yuvraj Singh, Robin Uthappa, and actors Urvashi Rautela and Sonu Sood had their assets frozen for knowingly promoting the illegal platform.
